Auto Purchase Election Explanation

If you elect to participate in the TPEGsm Opportunity, then you will have positioned yourself to receive corporate commissions. You are also making a commitment to purchase the products described in the TPEGsm Product Portfolio according to the TPEGsm  PayPlan Structure. You can choose to have these purchases made automatically as you receive commissions. The Auto Purchase rules are as follows:

·      As you receive commissions, they will be applied to your account towards the purchase of the next product described in the TPEGsm  PayPlan Structure.

·      When your account balance reaches the Collective Earnings Amount outlined in the TPEGsm  PayPlan Structure, then that product is automatically purchased. The balance of the commission will be sent to you the next payday, unless you have elected AUTOMATIC CASH-OUT (see description below).

·      Once all purchases in the TPEGsm PayPlan Structure have been made, commissions will be sent to you on scheduled paydays, as you earn them.

You have two options from which to choose when you make the Auto Purchase Election.  Please remember that the goal and intent for electing to participate in the TPEGsm Opportunity is to follow the TPEGsm  PayPlan Structure as outlined. 

 

OPTION ONE:     i DO NOT ELECT AUTO PURCHASE

This means that every time you are due to receive commissions, regardless of the source, it will be sent to you.  You then must manually purchase Portfolio products.  Please be aware that you will not receive commission from a product that you have not already purchased.  It will remain on account until you have accumulated enough funds to make the product purchase.

 

OPTION TWO:     Apply ALL commissions to MY Portfolio purchases

This means that every time you are due to receive commissions, regardless of the source, it will be applied to your account for product purchasing. As an Associate/Director, you can receive commissions from various avenues.  For example, you can be paid commissions from products that are not listed in the TPEGsm  PayPlan Structure (e.g., Packets, Group Share, Replicated Site, and others).  This option will allow you to reach the desired goal quicker. 

 

OPTION THREE:    Apply ONLY commissions FROM Portfolio purchases to MY purchases

This means that every time you are due to receive commissions from ONLY those products in the TPEGsm  PayPlan Structure, it will be applied to your account for product purchasing. All other commissions that you may receive from other sources will be sent directly to you on the next scheduled payday.  This option will allow you to potentially receive cash commissions while you are cycling through the TPEGsm  PayPlan Structure. 

 

AUTOMATIC CASH-OUT:  (An additional election, if you elect Option Two or Option Three)

In an automatic purchase scenario, commissions due to you are placed on account until the collective earnings are reached.  When this happens, a purchase is made for the product in question, and you are sent the difference as a commission payment. However, you have the option to automatically CASH-OUT. This means that instead of sending the difference between your account balance and the cost of the product directly to you, it will be applied to your next purchase/s.  In this way, you will reach your intended goal quicker.

 

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU CAN MAKE OR CHANGE YOUR ELECTIONS AT ANY TIME IN THE FUTURE.

 

If you are serious about this business, then Option Two with Automatic Cash-Out is recommended.
